Description

You will be responsible for moving Falcon 9 stages, payloads, Dragon capsules, Starship, and ground support equipment across launch sites. This role involves operating heavy machinery, performing preventative maintenance, and coordinating with teams to ensure safe and efficient transport of flight hardware.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 1+ years of professional experience in critical lift or heavy haul operations
• Ability to pass Air Force background check
• Ability to lift 35 lbs unassisted
• Willingness to operate heavy machinery and work at heights up to 300 feet

Responsibilities

• Move Falcon 9 stages, payload, Dragon capsule, Starship and GSE across Cape Canaveral and KSC launch sites
• Perform preventative maintenance on mobile cranes, cranes, and SPMTs
• Operate heavy machinery (forklift, telescopic, overhead crane) to lift and move flight hardware
• Evaluate in-transit risks and provide on-site solutions
• Perform route surveys and coordinate work instructions for efficient packaging of flight hardware
