• Establish execution rhythm and rituals to remove blockers and clarify ownership.
• Integrate AI and agentic tools to automate RAID logs and synthesize updates.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in SaaS product development and program management.
• Direct experience with AI-driven development lifecycles and AI/Agentic workflows.
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related technical field.
• Proven ability to earn trust quickly and set direction in ambiguous environments.
