🎯 What You'll Do
- Translate business goals into actionable sales plans
- Coach team leaders to improve their coaching skills
- Analyze conversion funnel to identify and fix friction points
- Run daily huddles and pipeline reviews
📋 Requirements
- Proven track record leading high-volume B2C phone-based sales teams
- Experience managing multi-layered teams (agents, team leaders, managers)
- Expert in value-based or solution-selling methodology
- Data fluency to spot bottlenecks in live dashboards and pivot in real-time
