📋 Requirements

  • Proven track record leading high-volume B2C phone-based sales teams
  • Experience managing multi-layered teams (agents, team leaders, managers)
  • Expert in value-based or solution-selling methodology
  • Data fluency to spot bottlenecks in live dashboards and pivot in real-time
