🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement advanced blockchain protocol improvements
• Lead scalability initiatives including PBS, MEV mitigation, and transaction ordering
• Develop parallelized transaction execution models in EVM environments
• Optimize core blockchain infrastructure components and clients

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in backend or distributed systems engineering
• Strong proficiency in Golang
• Hands-on experience with Ethereum clients like Geth
• Proven track record of high-performance production systems
