💼 About This Role

You'll lead retrofit projects for existing buildings, migrating their building automation to our software platform. You'll coordinate on-site technical surveys and implementations. This role offers direct climate impact in a rapidly growing startup without external investors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct on-site technical surveys of existing building systems
• Estimate effort and identify technical risks for retrofit projects
• Coordinate implementation schedules with internal and external stakeholders
• Support procurement and material logistics for hardware components

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in building services or automation
• Proven project management experience in technical building equipment
• Ability to assess existing HVAC and technical rooms on-site
• Degree in energy/building technology or equivalent qualification

• Experience with retrofit projects in existing buildings
• Familiarity with building automation protocols (BACnet, Modbus)
• German C2 proficiency
