Description

You will lead interdisciplinary teams solving complex challenges at the intersection of the public sector and customer experience, managing projects for executive-level clients and driving digital transformation to make public services simpler, faster, and more user-centric. You will also develop strategic concepts and shape the consulting portfolio in Public CXT.

Requirements

  • Completed university degree and several years of relevant professional experience with budget responsibility in consulting, public sector, or international companies
  • Experience leading interdisciplinary teams in an agile environment
  • Strong communication skills and confident demeanor across all hierarchy levels
  • High IT affinity and enjoyment of strategic analysis and managing innovative CX projects
  • Very good German (C1) and English skills, flexibility and willingness to travel
