You will define and guide the experience strategy for a global employee intranet platform, driving design for scalable, accessible, and intelligent digital experiences. You'll lead UX practitioners, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and champion user-centered design to balance usability, innovation, and business goals.

Requirements

• Experience leading UX for enterprise platforms or large-scale systems
• Systems thinking and experience architecture skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners including product management and engineering
• Champion user-centered design practices balancing usability, innovation, and business objectives
• Lead and mentor UX practitioners

Responsibilities

• Define and drive holistic UX vision and strategy for the enterprise intranet platform
• Ensure alignment between platform architecture, user journeys, intelligent systems, and authoring tools
• Partner with leadership to define priorities and allocate resources for successful delivery
• Own and evolve the structural experience layer, including information architecture
• Drive design vision for scalable, accessible, and intelligent digital experiences
