💼 About This Role

You'll build and lead Legora's global customer-facing technical function, owning the lifecycle of technical engagement from pre-sales discovery through implementation. This role is a strategic leadership and builder position, designing scalable playbooks and distributed teams to deliver world-class customer experiences for an AI-native legal workspace trusted by global firms. You'll partner with Growth, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to influence product direction and scale efficiently across regions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and lead global Solutions Engineering and Technical Delivery teams
• Hire, mentor, and manage managers and distributed teams
• Own technical lifecycle from pre-sales discovery to implementation
• Develop scalable technical playbooks, demo frameworks, and implementation standards

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, or Technical Delivery
• Experience building and leading global technical customer-facing teams
• Strong background in enterprise SaaS implementations and integrations
• Builder mindset and ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
