You are the first human touchpoint for a high volume of inbound demo requests and free accounts at Klaviyo. You will provide fast, high-quality interactions with smallest accounts to create a seamless experience from first touch through purchase, focusing on acquiring new logos while maintaining exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
- Previous academic, work or internship experience with transferable skills
- BA/BS or equivalent
- Excited by exceeding goals and continuous learning
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Field inbound demand via phone, email and other channels
- Run consultative demos focused on one-call closes for smaller opportunities
- Conduct targeted business discovery to understand goals, urgency, and fit
- Efficiently qualify in or out to maximize new logo acquisition
- Own and work a high-velocity pipeline with strong prioritization
