You are the first human touchpoint for a high volume of inbound demo requests and free accounts at Klaviyo. You will provide fast, high-quality interactions with smallest accounts to create a seamless experience from first touch through purchase, focusing on acquiring new logos while maintaining exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

  • Previous academic, work or internship experience with transferable skills
  • BA/BS or equivalent
  • Excited by exceeding goals and continuous learning
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Field inbound demand via phone, email and other channels
  • Run consultative demos focused on one-call closes for smaller opportunities
  • Conduct targeted business discovery to understand goals, urgency, and fit
  • Efficiently qualify in or out to maximize new logo acquisition
  • Own and work a high-velocity pipeline with strong prioritization
