💼 About This Role

You'll support store operations and inspire customers on their culinary journey at Sur La Table. As a Manager on Duty, you'll drive sales and ensure customer service standards. This role offers bonus eligibility and an employee discount.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support training for employees and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Model customer service standards and provide coaching.
• Direct employees on merchandise stock and visual standards.
• Complete inventory transactions and ring employee purchases.

📋 Requirements

• 1 year of retail sales and customer service experience.
• Proficient in POS Systems.
• Some experience with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to lift/move up to 35 lbs and stand for 3 hours.

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience as a Sur La Table Sales Associate.
• 1 year of retail supervisory experience.
• May require Food Handlers Certification.
