You'll own the end-to-end design process for a fast-growing used car marketplace, tackling complex user problems within your squad. Your work will drive meaningful impact on both user experience and business metrics. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to shape product direction through data and research insights.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own design from problem definition to polished UI within your Squad.
• Deliver cohesive solutions across web, mobile, and native apps.
• Partner with product managers and data analysts to shape roadmaps.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.

📋 Requirements

• Senior-level experience in product design (typically 6+ years).
• Proven ability to own design end-to-end across complex product areas.
• Expertise in systems-thinking and building scalable design patterns.
• Strong UI/UX skills with a focus on mobile and web patterns.
