You'll manage fine art shipments end-to-end for clients, handling quotes and coordinating with transport partners. You'll ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction. This role offers autonomy in a fast-growing art logistics startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage incoming customer requests and provide quotes.
• Follow shipments and proactively update clients.
• Communicate with 3PL providers to resolve issues.
• Suggest improvements in operational processes.

• First experience in freight forwarding.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable with numbers and pricing.
