💼 About This Role

You'll lead tenant improvement and capital projects across Allied's occupied portfolio, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. Your work enhances the built environment and supports portfolio value. You'll collaborate with tenants, consultants, and contractors to execute projects from design to close-out.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate drawings, specifications, and contract documents with consultants.
• Manage 10–15 concurrent construction projects balancing scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Attend site meetings and monitor progress to resolve construction challenges.
• Prepare project budgets, cost estimates, and pro formas.

📋 Requirements

• College diploma or university degree in engineering, interior design, or architecture.
• 5+ years in commercial construction or project management.
• Experience delivering tenant improvements or fit-out projects in occupied buildings.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and CAD/PDF tools.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Yardi.
• Landlord-side construction or REIT environment experience.
• LEED and/or PMP accreditation.
