You'll supervise clinical programs for individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders, collaborating with a transdisciplinary team of physicians, speech, and occupational therapists. Your work directly impacts long-term outcomes through an assent-based, individualized approach.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise clinical caseload and BCBA team members
• Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with physicians, speech, and OT therapists
• Provide supervision to RBTs and BT staff

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in human services or related field
• BCBA certification required
• LBA certification preferred
• Experience with neurodevelopmental disorders
