You'll collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and design training solutions for Help Desk teams. You'll create engaging content using Articulate 360 and deliver sessions in individual and group settings. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and design training solutions.
- Design and deliver onboarding and induction programs for L1 Help Desk staff.
- Create and maintain engaging learning content using Articulate 360.
- Deliver training sessions in individual and group settings.
- Develop refresher training programs to reinforce knowledge.
๐ Requirements
- Proven experience in learning and development within a help desk or customer service environment.
- Strong ability to design and maintain structured training programs.
- Experience using e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360.
- Ability to deliver training effectively in both one-to-one and group environments.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with SAP CoE or enterprise-level operational environments.
- Flexibility to travel as required and adapt working hours.
