Requirements
- 4-year college degree
- 3+ years experience in customer-facing account management or program management with strategic customers
- Familiarity with customers generating significant annual revenue
- Experience engaging with leadership and contributing to C-Level discussions
- Knowledge of Program Management, VoIP, VoIP routing, LNP, and account management
Responsibilities
- Build and sustain strong relationships with strategic customers as a trusted advisor
- Proactively identify and address issues to mitigate churn risk and safeguard revenue
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer challenges and drive improvements
- Conduct regular service reviews and prepare meeting materials like slide decks
- Lead root cause analysis and preventive measures for complex customer issues
