You'll own month-end and year-end closing for Tandem Health's Swedish entity and coordinate with external firms across Europe. Your core impact will be ensuring accurate and scalable financial operations as the company expands globally. You'll partner with leadership on process improvements and automation in a fast-paced health-tech startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own month-end and year-end closing for the Swedish entity
• Prepare monthly group consolidations and inter-company reconciliations
• Manage revenue recognition and compliance with accounting regulations
• Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and tax advisors

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of accounting experience in a multi-entity environment
• Experience with consolidation and inter-company accounting
• Proficiency in ERP systems and automation tools
• Ability to read and understand Swedish

• Experience from SaaS companies
• Experience with ERP or tool implementations
