You'll own the campaigns, messaging, and conferences that drive every demo for an AI healthcare startup automating medication access. You'll multiply the output of the sales team by improving messaging, targeting, and experiments. This role offers the chance to build growth systems from the ground up at a 10x revenue growth company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Rewrite outbound copy for email, LinkedIn, and direct mail sequences
- Build and maintain an experiment log with learnings from past campaigns
- Manage conference presence end-to-end, from planning to post-event follow-up
- Design and run a multi-channel outbound campaign targeting a specific buyer segment
๐ Requirements
- 5-10 years in growth marketing or demand gen at B2B SaaS or health-tech companies
- Demonstrated craft as a writer with examples of converted cold outreach copy
- Mastery of multi-channel outbound tools (Apollo, Outreach, Orum, LinkedIn Sales Nav)
- Real conference and field-marketing experience with measurable outcomes

- Exposure to healthcare provider buyers (clinics, EHR ecosystems, PBMs)
- Fluency with AI tools in daily campaign workflow
- SQL proficiency for self-serve data analysis
