💼 About This Role

You'll oversee daily wire harness manufacturing operations at the Chandler, AZ facility, driving quality and efficiency in a high-mix production environment. You'll lead a team of assembly technicians, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with AS9100/ISO9001 standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assign daily tasks based on technician skillsets and workloads
• Monitor productivity and resolve production bottlenecks
• Enforce SOPs and maintain quality per AS9100/ISO9001 guidelines
• Provide hands-on support for wire harness assemblies and soldering

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of wire harness or fiber optic assembly experience
• Ability to read technical drawings and assembly instructions
• Strong soldering and cable assembly skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience in a leadership or team lead role
• Proficiency in hand tools and inspection equipment
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Windows OS)
