You'll lead engineering squads within Spotify's Core Value & Engagement area, shaping how millions interact with the app daily. You'll drive high-quality features that improve user engagement and app performance. You'll partner with Product, Design, and Insights leaders to scale teams and technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead multiple engineering squads with strong technical execution
• Manage and develop Engineering Managers and engineers
• Drive delivery of high-quality, reliable features for user engagement
• Partner with Product to shape technical direction and strategy
• Collaborate with Design and Insights for scalable technical solutions

📋 Requirements

• Experience leading engineering teams, including managing other managers
• Worked on consumer-facing mobile or web products
• Comfortable contributing to system design and technical discussions
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Insights
