Description

You will lead and optimize the parts management function across all Clutch facilities, directly owning operations at the highest-volume site. This role combines enterprise-level strategic leadership with hands-on operational accountability to ensure process standardization, inventory accuracy, and cost efficiency.

Requirements

• 6+ years progressive experience in parts management, automotive parts retail or distribution preferred
• 3+ years leading teams in a multi-location or high-volume, multi-shift environment
• Deep hands-on knowledge of parts and workflow
• Strong track record in inventory control, shrink management, and P&L ownership
• Proven success in vendor negotiation and supplier management

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end parts function across all facilities, setting strategy for purchasing, inventory, and distribution
• Directly lead Mississauga IC parts team across two shifts, with oversight of Parts Managers network-wide
• Establish and enforce standardized processes, KPIs, and accountability structures
• Maintain optimal inventory levels balancing availability against working capital efficiency
• Drive measurable improvements in fill rate, turnover, shrink, and obsolescence through data analysis
