🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead infrastructure projects from ideation to production
• Design highly reliable, maintainable backend services
• Optimize performance and cost of data infrastructure
• Drive design and code reviews

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Software Engineering role
• 2+ years working in Java
• Strong foundation in programming and algorithms
• Experience with distributed systems and large-scale backend

• Experience with stream processing or message queues
• Experience with Kubernetes or Terraform
• Previous experience leading or mentoring engineers
