Description

You will own the full renewal lifecycle for a portfolio of ~35 enterprise accounts, drive expansion ARR through cross-sell and upsell, and build multi-threaded executive relationships to protect and grow Smartcat's strategic customer base.

Requirements

  • Senior-level experience in enterprise account management or renewals
  • Proven track record of owning and closing renewals
  • Experience driving expansion ARR in existing accounts
  • Ability to manage high-velocity, multi-account portfolio
  • Executive-level communication and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

  • Own gross renewals across enterprise and strategic accounts
  • Drive expansion ARR through cross-sell and upsell motions
  • Manage ~35 accounts with a fast, repeatable operating cadence
  • Build and maintain multi-threaded relationships with business owners and executives
  • Identify and mitigate churn risk through proactive engagement
