Description
You will own the full renewal lifecycle for a portfolio of ~35 enterprise accounts, drive expansion ARR through cross-sell and upsell, and build multi-threaded executive relationships to protect and grow Smartcat's strategic customer base.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience in enterprise account management or renewals
- Proven track record of owning and closing renewals
- Experience driving expansion ARR in existing accounts
- Ability to manage high-velocity, multi-account portfolio
- Executive-level communication and negotiation skills
Responsibilities
- Own gross renewals across enterprise and strategic accounts
- Drive expansion ARR through cross-sell and upsell motions
- Manage ~35 accounts with a fast, repeatable operating cadence
- Build and maintain multi-threaded relationships with business owners and executives
- Identify and mitigate churn risk through proactive engagement
