Description

You'll join Recursion's partnership-facing data science team to design and execute analyses supporting target nomination, validation, and early programs in neuroscience. You'll integrate phenomics, transcriptomics, and proteomics data to validate target-disease links and propose novel therapeutic targets. This role offers the chance to **work at the forefront of AI-driven drug discovery** with **massive compute capabilities**.

Requirements

**PhD** in computational biology, systems biology, bioinformatics, or neuroscience with 5+ years industry experience, or **MS** in relevant field
Experience applying **computational methods** (probabilistic, statistical, or ML) to analyze and integrate human clinical and molecular data using **Python** or **R**
Deep expertise in analysis and data integration of one or more **'omics data modalities** (phenomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, genomics) and/or human clinical data
Exceptional **data visualization** skills and cross-functional communication

Responsibilities

Deliver biological insights from high-dimensional datasets for clinical development planning
Evaluate molecular evidence for therapeutic hypotheses to accelerate drug programs
Synthesize diverse datasets to generate hypotheses for drug discovery and biomarker development
Present data analysis to stakeholders to drive decisions toward patient therapies
