You'll lead the partner activation engine for Notion's consultant and agency ecosystem. Your work will enable thousands of partners through self-serve systems, ensuring quality customer outcomes at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design partner lifecycle from recruitment to growth
• Build self-serve activation pathways and tooling
• Run pilots and experiments to improve partnership metrics
• Define quality standards for consultant-led customer work

📋 Requirements

• 10 years in partner programs or ecosystem strategy
• SaaS experience building adoption systems
• Strong operator-builder skills to ship and iterate
