As a Customer Growth Manager at Cloudbeds, you'll focus on upselling and cross-selling to existing customers through outbound and product-led growth initiatives, building and managing a customer pipeline to achieve above-quota sales performance in the hospitality tech space.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales with focus on upselling or account expansion, preferably in hotel tech
  • Experience or education in hospitality operations
  • Strong understanding of hospitality industry trends and challenges
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Business Suite, Groove, Zendesk, Canva, Generative AI

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed ambitious sales targets and revenue goals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Proactively identify upselling opportunities through strategic account analysis
  • Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations
  • Collaborate with onboarding and product teams for smooth implementation of upsold products
