You'll be the face of our brand, helping customers explore cannabis products and delivering top-tier service. You'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and informative experience, building trust and showcasing what makes Curaleaf special.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet and assist guests warmly, providing personalized product advice
• Handle cash transactions, check IDs, and update customer profiles
• Keep store clean, organized, and stocked; support inventory tasks
• Upsell and promote deals to meet daily sales goals

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 6 months of customer-facing or sales experience
• At least 6 months POS and cash handling experience
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnights

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in sales tracking KPIs
• Familiarity with e-commerce and order fulfillment
• Experience in regulated retail
