💼 About This Role

You'll own UX strategy and research for a high-growth D2C product, turning UX into a measurable growth lever by improving retention, activation, and conversion. You'll work closely with Product and Growth to audit and optimize user journeys, from onboarding to long-term retention.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own UX strategy, design quality, and user journeys across the product.
• Analyze product analytics independently using Mixpanel and other tools.
• Design and optimize funnels, onboarding, paywalls, and retention loops.
• Establish and lead UX research practice including interviews and usability tests.

📋 Requirements

• 5-8+ years in UX or Product Design, ideally in D2C or SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with Mixpanel, GA4, or Amplitude for product analytics.
• Proven experience driving measurable improvements in retention, activation, or LTV.
• Ability to define and maintain a consistent design system.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in LegalTech or document tools.
• Familiarity with TailwindCSS, React/Next.js component implementations.
• Experience working in engineering-led teams without a separate design org.
