Description

In this role, you will manage investor relationships and upper-tier closings for LIHTC funds, collaborating with acquisitions and fund management while driving process improvements and representing Berkadia at industry events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of housing tax credit equity experience
• Experience closing tax credit equity funds, including multi-investor funds
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Collaborative nature with accountability for independent goals

Responsibilities

• Manage investor relationships and act as main point of contact for LIHTC fund closings
• Collaborate with acquisitions and fund management on fund structuring and parameters
• Coordinate investor due diligence and closing processes
• Communicate internally and externally to ensure timely investor responses
• Represent Berkadia at industry conferences and investor meetings
