You'll craft and optimize multi-channel ad campaigns for B2B clients as part of a dynamic media team. Your core impact is driving measurable results through data-driven strategies. This role offers remote flexibility and growth opportunities in a collaborative agency environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Audit and configure conversion tracking across GTM, GA4, and platform pixels
  • Launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok
  • Recommend channel-specific budgets and optimize spend based on KPIs
  • Build performance reports and present campaign results to clients

📋 Requirements

  • 4+ years of media buying experience in an agency setting
  • Hands-on Google Ads and Hubspot experience
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms and B2B targeting
  • Experience with attribution methodology and spend-to-pipeline analysis

✨ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with B2B lead gen platforms like Clutch or G2
  • Experience with programmatic display buying
