You'll own lifecycle analytics at a fast-growing fintech, building the analytical foundation that understands Neo's 1M+ customers. Your insights on cohort performance and LTV will shape product and marketing decisions across the company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build customer lifecycle analytics function from scratch
• Analyze cohort performance, retention curves, and LTV trajectories
• Identify behaviors predicting long-term value versus early churn
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and finance to drive decisions

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in lifecycle, retention, or customer analytics
• SQL proficiency (Snowflake experience is a plus)
• Experience with cohort analysis and LTV modeling in consumer business
• Based in Canada

• Background in financial services or fintech
