You'll build Juniper Square's legal operations from the ground up, designing scalable workflows with AI automation at the center. You'll partner cross-functionally to align legal processes with commercial and operational goals. This is a founding role offering high impact in a fast-paced environment shaping the legal function.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead vision and execution for scalable legal operations
• Optimize legal-tech stack including Ironclad workflows
• Define and track KPIs for cycle times and service levels
• Build legal knowledge repositories and self-serve templates

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years Legal Operations experience at a high-growth tech company
• Hands-on Ironclad expertise in high-volume environment
• Experience with legal intake or e-billing systems
• 2+ years managing and developing a team

✨ Nice to Have

• Project-management certification (PMP or similar)
• Experience supporting global legal teams
• Prior experience in SaaS and professional services legal ops
