You'll teach and support students with special needs in a joyful, academically excellent South LA middle school. You'll draw on students' experiences and backgrounds, analyze assessment data, and manage IEP compliance to drive student achievement. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Teach knowledge and skills to achieve academic goals
• Provide individualized instruction to students with special needs
• Manage IEP compliance and documentation
• Administer assessments and analyze student data

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Valid Education Specialist Credential (preferred but not required)
• Multiple years teaching experience in similar communities preferred

• Experience with IEPs and special education compliance
