🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and evolve system architecture across platform infrastructure.
• Refactor and modernise legacy codebases using AI-assisted workflows.
• Build and integrate AI agents into development and operational processes.
• Contribute to product strategy and commercial decisions.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering with system design focus.
• 6+ years in system design and architecture.
• 2+ years practical use of AI tooling (LLMs, agents).
• 5+ years backend engineering with Golang.

• Experience in fintech, payments, or platform-based systems.
