🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead financing execution and term sheet negotiations for debt transactions.
• Structure credit support arrangements including guarantees and off-take agreements.
• Build and own transaction models covering debt sizing and waterfall mechanics.
• Manage external counsel, advisors, and counterparty working groups.

📋 Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in leveraged finance or structured credit.
• Demonstrated experience leading deal execution from term sheet through close.
• Deep financial modeling capability for complex capital structures.
• Proven ability to manage external advisors and drive transactions on timeline.
