You'll support construction phase services and administer multiple Owner-Contractor Agreements for a leading architecture firm. You'll collaborate with architects, designers, and stakeholders to bring projects to life and travel to project sites across the Carolinas. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful community-enriching projects.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review and coordinate Construction Documents across disciplines
• Support communication between project team, client, vendors, and contractors
• Administer multiple Owner-Contractor Agreements concurrently

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in construction phase services
• Understanding of state building codes, ANSI 117.1, BOMA
• Knowledge of Owner-Contractor Agreements and AIA Documents
