Description
You will lead the execution of GumGum's global compensation programs, including the annual compensation cycle, equity administration, and market benchmarking. This role blends analytical rigor with operational excellence to ensure programs are efficient and aligned with business goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, or Benefits administration
- Proven experience executing annual compensation cycles and administering equity programs
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (complex formulas, pivot tables, modeling)
- Experience managing vendor relationships (brokers, survey providers)
- Ability to interpret data and translate into actionable insights for leadership
Responsibilities
- Administer global compensation programs including base pay and short-term incentives
- Lead annual compensation planning cycle (merit increases, promotions, bonus payouts)
- Manage equity program administration (grants, refreshes, awards) and Carta
- Conduct market analysis using Radford and Pave, recommend salary ranges and retention strategies
- Partner with Finance, Legal, and vendors to ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness
