💼 About This Role

You'll lead FP&A for a fast-growing radiopharmaceutical company supporting the international roll-out of our approved prostate cancer imaging agent. You'll drive strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting that directly influence key business decisions. This role offers high visibility with executive leadership and the chance to shape scalable processes during rapid growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead annual budgeting and long-range strategic planning processes.
• Oversee periodic forecasting and dynamic financial model development.
• Conduct in-depth performance analysis and prepare executive reporting.
• Evaluate new business initiatives and M&A opportunities through ROI analysis.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Expert-level financial modeling and advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with financial planning software (e.g., Workiva, OneStream).
• Deep understanding of GAAP and financial statements.

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
• Managerial experience leading an FP&A team.
• MBA or CPA certification.
