Requirements
- 2+ years DTC customer service experience
- Proficiency in Zendesk
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail

Responsibilities
- Provide advanced escalated support for Home Sleep Studies and DME inquiries
- Validate prescription submissions for DME items ensuring compliance
- Guide customers through the Home Sleep Test journey
- Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and orders
- Proactively identify at-risk customers and execute retention strategies
