  • Provide advanced escalated support for Home Sleep Studies and DME inquiries
  • Validate prescription submissions for DME items ensuring compliance
  • Guide customers through the Home Sleep Test journey
  • Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and orders
  • Proactively identify at-risk customers and execute retention strategies
