💼 About This Role

You'll join our Postgres engineering team to build a world-class managed Postgres offering. You'll design and build the control plane that provisions, scales, and heals Postgres clusters with minimal downtime. This role offers the chance to work on high-availability and disaster recovery solutions for demanding production workloads.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build control plane for Postgres clusters
• Build high-availability and disaster recovery solutions
• Tune Postgres for large-scale production workloads
• Build tooling for database backup, restore, and migration

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in Go
• Experience building and maintaining distributed, fault-tolerant services
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized applications

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building a managed database platform
• Experience with connection pooling for Postgres
• Contributions to open-source Postgres projects
