You will be the primary point of contact for customers and sales representatives, ensuring a smooth ordering process and timely reporting of results. You'll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain communication across teams to support Natera's oncology testing services.

Requirements

  • Two-year degree or 2-5 years related experience
  • Skilled specialist with resourceful and efficient task completion
  • Proven customer service skills in phone and written support
  • Intermediate knowledge of GSuite applications
  • Experience with Salesforce ServiceCloud or similar preferred

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and electronic channels
  • Act as lead contact for accounts and Sales, documenting all interactions
  • Resolve missing information to meet turnaround time targets
  • Communicate delays/cancellations and facilitate redraws as needed
  • Handle escalated issues and communicate root cause and resolution
