You will be the primary point of contact for customers and sales representatives, ensuring a smooth ordering process and timely reporting of results. You'll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain communication across teams to support Natera's oncology testing services.
Requirements
- Two-year degree or 2-5 years related experience
- Skilled specialist with resourceful and efficient task completion
- Proven customer service skills in phone and written support
- Intermediate knowledge of GSuite applications
- Experience with Salesforce ServiceCloud or similar preferred
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and electronic channels
- Act as lead contact for accounts and Sales, documenting all interactions
- Resolve missing information to meet turnaround time targets
- Communicate delays/cancellations and facilitate redraws as needed
- Handle escalated issues and communicate root cause and resolution
