You will lead the engineering team to develop high-quality software for Coupang Pay's various services, translating product requirements into technical roadmaps, managing the full SDLC, and driving technical decisions.

Requirements

• Experience as backend manager or tech lead
• System design skills considering performance, reliability, data consistency, security
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems on Java and Spring Framework
• Technical ownership of complex services or domains with proactive improvement
• Understanding of customer experience and business needs
