💼 About This Role

You'll architect and build the Safety SaaS frontend from scratch for a fast-growing company serving 200+ local authorities. You'll deliver a UK videoverbalization MVP by June 2026 and shape the platform for the next wave of clients. This role offers deep ownership and partnership with a Staff Engineer on a small, focused team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build frontend using React 19, Vite, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS v4
• Co-design and maintain design system with shadcn/ui and Storybook
• Implement state management with Zustand and TanStack Query
• Ship UK videoverbalization MVP by end of June 2026

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in fast-paced SaaS or scale-up
• Expert in modern React ecosystem (Zustand, TanStack Query, React Hook Form)
• Shipped a scalable frontend architecture still in use 18 months later
• Solid Node.js/TypeScript fundamentals for full-stack ownership

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with video streaming (MediaBunny, WebRTC)
• Familiarity with Docker, K8s, Helm, CI/CD
• Engineering degree
