You'll own the bridge between model capabilities and customer-facing products at Twelve Labs. You'll lead the Korea-based product engineering team, driving technical direction and shipping production-grade software. This role combines hands-on architecture work with team building and cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end product engineering surface on top of foundation models
• Drive product engineering roadmap for the Korea team
• Lead, grow, and manage a fullstack product engineering team
• Lead architectural and technical decision-making for the team

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 5+ years in an engineering management role leading fullstack product teams
• Experience building and shipping customer-facing products in B2B or enterprise contexts
• Strong fullstack background across frontend, backend, and infra layers

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience taking a product from 0 to 1
• Experience scaling a product from 1 to many
• Familiarity with Python, Go, TypeScript/React, AWS, Kubernetes
