💼 About This Role

You'll design and lead engaging gardening activities for elementary students, fostering creativity and environmental awareness. Your work will help students develop fine motor skills and a love for nature. You'll be part of a supportive team dedicated to youth development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deliver gardening curricula for enrichment activities
• Collaborate with Youth Workers and Dean of Student Life
• Prepare materials and facilitate clean up after activities
• Implement health and safety protocols

📋 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of experience working with groups of youth
• Ability to independently lesson plan and implement lessons

• Bachelor’s degree or certification in related field preferred
• Clear passion for and knowledge of specialty area
• Understanding of effective youth development strategies
