🎯 What You'll Do

• Establish and lead strategic workforce planning for the Provider Business Unit
• Develop and improve WFM solutions suite for demand forecasting and scheduling
• Analyze and communicate capacity and productivity trends to leadership
• Present workforce insights to senior leadership and strategic committees

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of workforce management and capacity planning experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required; MBA preferred
• Proven ability to lead workforce planning for a company with ≥1,000 personnel
• Experience partnering with executive teams to translate data into strategy
