🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead PSP and EMI licensing projects across multiple jurisdictions.
• Prepare and submit licence applications and regulatory filings.
• Draft policies, manuals, and governance documents for payments.
• Conduct legal analysis of PSD2/PSD3 and EMD2 frameworks.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years PQE as a qualified lawyer.
• Significant experience in PSP or EMI licensing across European jurisdictions.
• Deep knowledge of PSD2/PSD3 and EMD2 payment regulatory frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage multi-workstream licensing projects independently.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with MENA or APAC payment regimes.
• Familiarity with scheme rules and settlement flows.
• Structured AI literacy and workflow integration.
