Description

Join our bench as a Legal Consultant to provide legal and regulatory support on IPOs and equity capital markets transactions for a global investment banking client. You will advise on structuring, documentation, and compliance, draft and negotiate key transaction documents, and collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth deal execution.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years PQE as an Equity Capital Markets (IPO) lawyer
• In-depth knowledge of IPO processes, equity offerings, and capital markets transactions
• Familiarity with Hong Kong Listing rules and relevant laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Provide legal and regulatory support on IPOs and equity capital markets transactions
• Advise internal deal teams on structuring, documentation, and compliance with securities laws and stock exchange requirements
• Draft, review, and negotiate prospectuses, underwriting agreements, and transaction-related documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external parties to ensure smooth execution and compliance
