You'll own the post-sale relationship for Syndigo's largest strategic customers, primarily focusing on Ratings & Reviews (UGC) solutions. You'll drive measurable business outcomes and product adoption across complex accounts. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end success of assigned accounts post-implementation
- Lead executive-level conversations on business impact and value
- Drive deep adoption of Ratings Reviews and Syndigo solutions
- Identify expansion opportunities and partner with Account Executives
๐ Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success or SaaS Account Management
- Experience managing a book of business in the $2-$3M ARR range
- Excel competency and knowledge of HTML, CSS, JSON
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts and troubleshoot platform challenges

- Experience with Ratings Reviews, UGC, or digital commerce solutions
- Familiarity with ChurnZero, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of CPG or retail industry
