You'll own the post-sale relationship for Syndigo's largest strategic customers, primarily focusing on Ratings & Reviews (UGC) solutions. You'll drive measurable business outcomes and product adoption across complex accounts. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end success of assigned accounts post-implementation
  • Lead executive-level conversations on business impact and value
  • Drive deep adoption of Ratings Reviews and Syndigo solutions
  • Identify expansion opportunities and partner with Account Executives

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success or SaaS Account Management
  • Experience managing a book of business in the $2-$3M ARR range
  • Excel competency and knowledge of HTML, CSS, JSON
  • Proven ability to communicate technical concepts and troubleshoot platform challenges

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Ratings Reviews, UGC, or digital commerce solutions
  • Familiarity with ChurnZero, Salesforce, or similar platforms
  • Knowledge of CPG or retail industry
