Description

You will join a global engineering team to build, maintain, and enhance Mitratech's enterprise-grade workflow automation platform (TAP). Collaborating with teams across the U.S., U.K., India, and Mexico, you'll design and develop .NET web applications, conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and ensure high-quality, scalable software delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software development with .NET web applications
• Strong C#, LINQ, .NET Framework (ASP.NET, MVC 5), JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap
• Experience with Entity Framework, Azure SQL Server, REST APIs
• Skilled in automated testing frameworks (NUnit, xUnit, Moq)
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance .NET web applications with focus on performance and security
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver new features and maintenance releases
• Refactor and optimize code for better maintainability
• Write and maintain automated unit and regression tests
• Conduct peer code reviews and mentor junior engineers
